• NOTE: Some locations require Influenza (H3N2 & H3N8)
GROUP PLAY:

Fecals (under one year), and All Dogs Must be Spayed or Neutered.

Send your pet’s vaccination records or the Restricted Medication Boarding Consent Form, via email, directly to your local center.
